Hi there,

Phew...where has January gone? For me, this month has been about:

Planning for the 1st quarter. Vitally important...

Goal setting.

Actioning my plan.

Sharpening up my PMA and making sure that 2011 is the best year of my life so far (as per New Year resolution).

So far, so good.

Part of my action planning relates to massive success this year. 2010 was about 'learning the ropes' and making sure that I fully understood the massive arena that is Internet Marketing.

So, how do you achieve massive success? Well, you may have heard of the phrase 'if you do what you did, you'll get what you got'. That means, if you want an altered result you've got to do something different or you'll end up exactly where you were. Not good!

So, with that in mind I want to highlight a philosophy known as a 'QUANTUM LEAP', which is basically an advance from one place to another without going through the steps in between.

Why is it important? Well, if you want to make big changes to your business or personal life that will revolutionize you future, you need to create expediential growth immediately so that your old methodologies become a thing of the past!

How can you do this?

Firstly, you need to draw out the knowledge & experience you already have, but are afraid to use it... DO SOMETHING NEW!

Secondly, you've got to just let go of your own inhibitions. So what if you fail! My favourite quote is from Confucius:

Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we do.

So, as Nike says "Just do it"!

Thirdly, you have got to give your self permission to dream big and I mean big! Do you have a vision board?

Fourth, Brian Tracy says "You become what you think about most of the time". That means getting your current attitude and actions to match up with what you aspire to be like in the future. So, act with complete faith..in fact, like you have already achieved and allow the Law of Attraction to do it's thing.

Fifth, ALWAYS act with complete confidence...in fact, as if success was guaranteed! What actions would you come up with...

The final part is to take a leap of faith into that action plan and do not stop no matter how many hurdles or boundaries come your way. Remember, you are an unstoppable breakthrough machine!

That's it folks! It's a plan to make 2011, your best year yet!

Hope you enjoyed my post today. As always please leave your comments below, I love to read them.

Remember, if you were already doing the right thing, you wouldn't need to CHANGE, so... just do it!

Success!

Joe

If you are spending your time building a on-line business, make sure you read and action the 4 Steps I outline below. And take action you must! Why? Well, because these steps are key to creating that ideal life, but will help you love the journey too.

Hi there ya'll

Today, I've got a thought-provoking post, which I am sure will ring a bell for you.

Creating our ideal life is why we do what we do, whether that's in Internet Marketing or selling cars. We do it because we love it and because it will hopefully make us rich and provide the lifestyle we so badly want.

Well, that's why I do it anyway!

I am guessing ...but, that's why you do it too...right?

If you are spending your time building a on-line business, make sure you read and action the 4 Steps I outline below. And take action you must! Why? Well, because these steps are key to creating that ideal life, but will help you love the journey too.

Step 1: Write Down What You DON'T Want
Firstly, think about all the things you DON'T want in your life going forward.

By recognizing the things that you DON'T want in your life, it becomes easier to recognise what you actually DO want. In addition, you can make sure that the life you create is free of all the negative things you think about.

Take 15 minutes to make a list of everything you DON'T want in your life. Brainstorm it, write it all down. Think about the things that make you feel angry, stressed, frustrated, worried and embarrassed.

Step 2: Write Down What You DO Want
Now reverse those thoughts and think about the things you DO want.

For the time being, steer clear of money and material things. We'll come back to that area later.

Take 15 minutes to make a list of everything you DO want in your life. Again, brainstorm it. Thinking about the things that make you happy, excited, blessed, and fulfilled.

Step 3: Imagine Your Ideal Day
With the mechanics done, it's time to use this information to construct a perfect day in your dream life. Remember, refer to your lists of "wants" and "don't wants" frequently when constructing your ideal day.

Initially, ask yourself, "What would my perfect normal day look like if there were no limitations on what it could be?"

Write it down.

Step 4: How Much Would it Cost?
I once saw Frank Kern on a video working out how much it would cost (per month) to have your ideal lifestyle...it's less than you think.

So, now that you've figured out what you WANT from your ideal life, identify how much it will cost to maintain.

Then work out how much you need to earn to turn your newly-identified dream life into a reality. This way you'll know exactly what you need to achieve to live the life you've always dreamed of.

Go on, do it now!

To our success,

Joe

Hi everyone

This is going to be brief... My useless ex-wife, who 'can't be bothered' to do much because ..."life's too short" (you know the kind), poked fun at my IM efforts last night.

She described my blogging efforts as writing stories and raised her eyes in disgust as if to say "what a waste of time"...

Well, I am going to make her eat those unkind words a thousand times over one day, but to help me along ... I thought I'd devise a prayer to help.

Guide me, oh thy great IM redeemer,

To the road signposted 'Financial freedom',

Liberate me from this crap I'm in,

And from the doubter known as my Ex Misses!

Lead, point, push or shove me to the way...

Your loyal & dedicated servant as always.

Joe

Here's the things...I have no hesitation in knowing that I will be a big success because I do all the right things and had a great mentor...it just takes time. However, the net is closing and am beginning to struggle.

HMS Joefizz has sprung a leak and ... it's big.

So, the only thing I haven't done is ask for divine help.... so here it is. By the way it's for us all!

Good luck!

Joe

Hi there!

The last couple of weeks has again been a blur!

I am looking at my journal and can see plenty of effort. Experiments thus far, include:

Backlinks inserted into blog sites ... no returns yet.

Importing some of my business contacts from Outlook into Aweber and using that info to offer 'The 100 Day Challenge' by Gary Ryan Blair. To date, I have received 26 confirmations. This is hilarious because I had done half the job and left the import running as I left for home. When I arrived 40 minutes later, I received an email confirming an opt in. At first, I was cross with myself because of my naivety with Aweber and sending something out without dotting the i's & crossing the t's. However, on reflection, I thought blinkin great!!! About time I let what little hair I have left, down! RESULT! I would encourage you to look at your contacts, get them onto an excel spreadsheet and import them into Aweber (there is video tutoriual to help).

Expanded further into Marketplace on Clickbank. This is still work in progress.

Forum work via Warrior and Marketing with Alex.

Added my blogs to Liquida.com & blogspot groups, waiting to be approved.

Volunteered for a JV Giveaway, which starts tomorrow.

Posted some useful information to forum re WordPress hacking prevention.

Tried and failed to guest blog (oil rig hopping in other words). I have been struggling to find appropriate and useful sites. However, problem sorted...spent all afternoon on Blog Catalog and visited maybe 20 sites and commented where necessary. If you haven't registered your site there yet, I would encourage you to do that straight away.

We are now in Stumbleupon...yehaaaa, you betcha!

Finally, found this interesting site from oil rig hopping, whereby a company provides one way links for FREE web site traffic. I have added them, so lets see what happens... watch this space for feedback.

So, what's the scores on the doors? Well I am pleased to say that subscriber numbers are at 60 and Twitter is at 82...PROGRESS indeed!

However, it just focuses you even more.

By the way, if you have an idea for a product I can sell for about $17, then I am all ears. Please get in touch.

To our success,

Joe.

I know it's been a long time since I last wrote. I know that, not because of the number of days passed but by looking at my journal....wow, its been busy.

To summarize, I have worked for a friend in hospitality in Paris (oui, Paris) for a 6 Nations Rugby match, which was heaven. The stadium Stade de Francais is amazing but no where as beautiful as our own Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. I have kicked off another blog site: www.howtobethebestparent.com and intend to work that niche going forward. I have become an affiliate for Namecheap, Bluehost & The 100 Day Challenge. I have being adding banners and html characters 'till the cows come home.

I also have been on holiday, my first in 18 months. I had 7 outstanding days skiing in France. I can't tell you how fantastic it was to see my children ski for the very 1st time and how much I enjoyed being with all the time. They are all so special (I would say that wouldn't I?)

Also, Easter Bunny arrived a little bit late noting the distance he travelled back from France . Enough said just in case there are young viewers reading this!

Since being home, I have been a hive of activity. Substantial catch up on my day job and getting back into IM swing again. Whilst I was away, I have received some great feedback on the eBook so, if you haven't had a chance to download it yet, do so as soon as possible. My Twitter account also grew whilst I was away...this is weird don't you think??

Also, got some great news whilst I was away. Alex Jeffreys is launching a new coaching course so I am eager for others to benefit from his excellent coaching. Honesty time, I am an affiliate but would thoroughly recommend him anyway. How else would a numbskull like me be on the right path thus far? He is offering a free eBook to preview the coaching. Get it free here:

https://www.marketingwithyou.infusionsoft.com/go/gurun/joefizz/

If you decide to invest, best money you'll spend this year!

Finally, a neat thing happened the other night. I was on the Warrior Forum looking at the internet topics. I found 2 Newbies who were having trouble with 'stuff'. Their questions were simple and second nature to me now, but to them starting out, it was a nightmare & a minefield. That 'help' generated 4 downloads of my eBook, so remember the phrase 'you reap what you sow'!

Good luck my friends.

Joe

Hey there y'all,

I started the previous blog with OMG. Well multiply that by 100 times and then again by another 100. The last 2 weeks has been full on. I have been accused of keeping an internet widow in the house, which on reflection is true. Sorry Dot!

The only excuse I can offer is that I wanted to completely immerse myself in Alex's great coaching. The problem I faced was not being a natural IT boffin (that I thought I was), so have worked immensely hard catching up. I was delighted to have completed all the homwork (early), so thought I could enhance my blog page by adding further plug-ins etc.

Got to the point last week (still in the office at 7pm on Friday night) where I had just completed my last update and whollop, my blog page just disappeared!!! you know vanished...properly gone! I thought that it must be stuck or something..but the evening became a full day, the day became the whole weekend. Zip, zero, zilch, nada, dim! My thoughts began to turn black.

At this point, Alex's teaching jumped into my head again re failing forward. Yes, I had messed up again (I say again), but was confident that there was someone out there who could help (although my web guy was beat). I got going on a couple of forum's. From the fire storm emerged a real hero Jason Ser (thank you sooo much!) who suggested amongst other things that the plugins may be at fault. Indeed one was and was duly termintated.

The re-emergence of my web site was like a phoenix rising from the ashes! It was a beautiful vision. Yes, I had to re-do a lot of the stuff that I'd lost but was happy doing them because I had another chance. I also was quicker now, knew what I was doing and avoided the wrong stuff. It inspired me even higher because I am further down the line on html knowledge now.

The drawback was no video blog, which this was meant to be. However watch this space.

Completed Module 5 of Alex's training last night. 2 1/2 hours of heaven. Alex you make it feel so easy!

The second point is my book. we did 2 lots of editing on the weekend, which technically makes the book complete now. So, I had some frineds who recommended a Publisher who had handled Jordan's last book (no, I am not well connected). He gave me the details of a niche publisher in west Wales (my home) to contact. Unfortunately, they weren't taking on titles at the moment (how silly is that without even looking at the book, I may be a male version of J K Rowling....), so technically is that my first rejection (I am told that only 1 in 100 books make it, so don't have any high expectations). I asked for her recommendation on another publisher on this niche area and she suggested one not too far from her.

So I wrote a lovely summary (183 words - short for me) and emailed it over......

Watch this space!

Never have I been so committed to making this whole, exciting experience work!

I have set a target of 2000 followers by the end of March on my blog. That looks like silly numbers in a short time, but hey at this point I am certainly reaching for the stars!

Why not come with me?

To our success..

OMG, what a couple of weeks this has been.

I have always considered myself to be a reasonably savvy guy as far as computers were concerned. But this was a recipe for disaster, here are the ingredients:

Take one new WordPress and its lovely plug-ins, tools and settings

Add Twitter with its Tweet, made worse when you realize the name joefizz had gone to another (John Smith I hate you)

Finally, add one brand new Profit Pulling Platform complete with full video tutorial.

Mix together with the the hours of work a junior Doctor would be proud of and VOILA! Disaster.

Unfortunately, in my eagerness to get on I had missed the point about needing 2 domain names. So for a time yesterday, Joefizz.com was the home of Alex Jefferies' List Building System. Lovely, but in the wrong place... just your Gran.

So, with the help of a genius and I say again, genuis (thank you Garry), I was able to remove the offending file and get my Blog back...phew (mind you, not until after I had told some friends about my super duper new blog....not there). I have now purchased another Domain so my challenge will begin tomorrow night again. I think I could qualify for a Mr Bean award?

Anyway, just to let you know that I am really, really excited by all of this. Not only am I learning something completely strange but am making new contacts, which I hope become friends. My key desire though is to secure a better future for me and my children. Financial freedom is my goal.

In that regard, I have written a book (as mentioned previously in blog no.1) on how to bring up kids successfully. I have 3 lovely children, all different and unique. The thing is, you change your parenting style as you go along but it would have been nice to get some advice on some key issues as they grew up . It should therefore be a guide to help new parents, provide advice to despairing parents and also give tips and ideas to parents who perhaps don't go the extra mile for their kids. My ethos in the book is that you don't want to look back in 30 years and regret being the type of parent you were. It's time to act!

So its 11 Chapters, covers topics such as the importance of food, sleep and love through to how to be creative, why play is important, developing thinking skills, respect, family traditions, adulthood and money and taking care of you. Each Chapter is broken down into bite size chunks containing 15 questions I have answered.

The next stage is to see if I can get it published and I am close to starting this process off. If anyone has any contacts in the book industry, I am all ears!

That's it for tonight. Hope you enjoyed reading my blog. I might take on the 'IT monster' again next time by doing a video blog! Duw there's posh!

Until next time.

This is my very first blog.

In equal measures I am excited and nervous! Excited, because this is a great opportunity to make lots of cash. Nervous because I have so much to learn. What will be key therefore, is determined action coupled with Alex’s’ (plus team) great coaching. Well, what do you want to know? I am 41 (gulp), separated but in a brilliant relationship and have 3 fantastic children – all girls aged, between 5 – 11, who are my entire life!

My background is in finance. Banking for 11 years and asset finance for past 12 nearly (last 2.5 years self employed). I had a traditional, limited upbringing of studying hard, getting good grades, job with a good institution for life (plus pension). Very Rich Dad, Poor Dad! The problem with this is that there is no room for entrepreneurialism or role models for that matter. The result is being moulded in to a ‘boring’ reliable type and you do whatever you are asked to do. You keep your nose clean and do additional exams & a BA Hons before you rise the slippery pole to the board room. What an exciting life.....

It was at the Southampton Boat show one year that the realisation dawned on me. If I was going to own a Sunseeker 64 foot Manhattan boat, then I wasn’t going to achieve it through working for my employer. At £1.9m, it was naturally above most employed people’s budget. I was only fulfilling somebody else’s dream and not mine. That realisation made the gulf between employment and me grow every day.

So in 2007, I went alone! We had a great 6 months but the Home Loan crisis in America in November 2007 started to make things unpredictable. The flow of bad news funnelled through to the UK and subsequently in August 2008, the world stopped! Recession had arrived! Income levels just stopped overnight and brought the problems that go with that! I will never again have a credit card debt! Here’s the thing: I am so glad we had a recession. It allowed me to realise that working in finance is both boring and thankless. Service levels from finance companies were pretty s**t, and they didn’t care...at all! I also realised my passions were elsewhere in being entrepreneurial, and even if I had worked my guts out (which I always did), I would never make it ‘big’. I also leant much more about money, people, companies and I loved every minute with the kids, so naturally grew as a father.

So along came Brian Tracy. He introduced me to Gary Ryan Blair who set me off on ‘goal setting, commitment to excellence, Law of Attraction and to expect success’. Noting the compliments I had received on me being a Dad, it was easy for me therefore to write a book on how to raise children successfully, which I have literally just finished. Watch out therefore for my blog about this exciting subject. At that time, I met Alex through my accountant and the rest is history.

What do I want from my future? Well without doubt, I want to have a significant amount of passive income coming in on a monthly basis. The recession has taught me to respect money much more so am now trained to deal with it! The other thing is freedom. By setting goals and achieving them I can create greater freedom for me, my family and my relationships, thus leaving a great legacy for when I am gone.

To infinity and beyond!
