With half an hour to go...I succeeded in launching nolistnoidea.com (round of applause please...)

Last week was a deluge of work... finishing membership pages, integrating Wishlist and 1 Shopping Cart (of which I gave up on!) etc, the list was endless!

I saved the best to last...making the sales video... OMG! what a marathon...

Creating a powerpoint was hard enough, but try combining your own audio and then capturing the screen on Camstudio (sacked them..then used NCH!)...I think you get the message...

Anyway the result is launched and at available:

Cheap Newbie membership site.

Hi again ya'll

Twice in one week makes you think that there is lots going on! ...And you'd be right!

Not only am I elbow deep in my new & exciting iPhone app called 'Rugby kick', which is with Apple for acceptance, but I have been working on another new project too...

www.nolistnoidea.com is a brand new revolutionary membership site just for IM Newbies. As you may know, I run an 'inner circle membership' scheme here, which does have a small newbie element to it.

However, I was being bombarded (and I mean bombarded) with requests for help and questions from guys and girls wishing to get going but at a fraction of the cost!

Well, I listened...

The result is nolistnoidea.com, which is being launched on 1st August 2011.

Essentially, newbies will be guided through the maze that is internet marketing over a 6 month period for just $9.99 per month. They will begin by creating a plan & setting goals through to running their own launches in 6 months time.

It's an internet training programme for newbies who want maximum content for very low monthly cost. It will be the equivalent of the low cost airways that get you there without the fluff of free crap lunch and small drink!

So, mark your diaries for an August 1st launch.

Rugby Kick iPhone app

Hi ya'll

I have something really special that I want to share with you today.

Since April, I have been developing an iPhone app called 'Rugby Kick' in preparation for the forthcoming Rugby World Cup in New Zealand in September.

As you might expect with a totally brand new project, I made several royal 'balls up' of things,... notably choosing developers from India, who hadn't even heard of rugby when we came to talk specifics (there's a lesson there for you)...

I made other mistakes too, but stayed on track by sheer determination and bloody mindedness. Changing plans a third of the way through because the developers had misunderstood my request was one of those little nuggets...

Later this year, I will let you have details of:

1. How to avoid these simple mistakes. Trust me they are simple...
2. How to generate an app from start to finish...on a webinar perhaps?

Back to my new baby; the object of the game is to kick a rugby ball between 2 posts called uprights (from different angles and with different wind speeds). If you are successful, you move on to the next level, increasing the difficulty. There are 3 levels in total...that's it!

Is it worth the 59p (99c), you'll have to pay...you betcha!

Nice thinking Aweber & Facebook!

Hey there 'sports fans',

In the last few weeks Aweber did something neat, and in the madness that is IM...you may have missed their nice new little trick!

Essentially, you can now create an Aweber Form and put it directly onto your Facebook Fan Page....Yesssssssss!

My initial reaction was Wow, nice thinking... but how easy & effective would it be...truly?

The great news is that Aweber always produces a simple to follow (idiot guide) videos for people like me with zero IT skills. I set it all up with out any fuss... at all.

And, here's the thing,.. even with my limited friend numbers at that time (2 weeks ago & in course of building it right now) I got great downloads. I put one eBook in there and over a 2 day period, got 5 downloads!! Que music "That's the way, ah-ha aha I like it, ah-ha aha"

So it's simple, if you are looking to maximise the traffic explosion with Facebook by using a simple and effective marketing tool, then check out your Aweber account for the update.
